Invitation to Bid - Village of Bainbridge Streetscape Project

Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Bainbridge, Ohio as provided in this notice for the Bainbridge Streetscape Project.

Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Bid Documents, Plans and Specifications, and Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Erin Stanley at erinstanley@rosscountyohio.gov with a copy to Joel Perry, P.E., at JRPerry@structurepoint.com, Mayor Conley at villageofbainbridge@gmail.com, Sarah Mallory at smallory@brickergraydon.com and Devon Shoemaker at devonshoemaker@rosscountyohio.gov. 

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Ross County Planning and Development, ATTN: Village of Bainbridge Administrator, 15 N. Paint Street, Suite 200, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601, and plainly marked on the outside "BAINBRIDGE STREETSCAPE PROJECT BID."  Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m., local time, October 29, 2025. Bids will opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid deadline in the Planning and Development conference room, 15 N. Paint Street, Suite 200 Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
