The proposed development is a 16,000 s.f. facility located in Union Township on CR-550 on an existing 13.28 acre parcel (APN 370916321000). The project includes multiple storm water management basins, asphalt drive, parking lots, and a single access onto CR-550. This project is subject to the Ross County Development Plan and Review Policy, Ross County Stormwater Management and Sediment Control Regulations, and Ross County Access Management Regulations.

ADENA WARRIOR WELLNESS CENTER

 The proposed Adena Warrior Wellness Center is located just north of the Adena High School Football field. The total development area will be approximately 3.99 acres. Footprint of the building is approximately 18,900 sq. ft.
