The proposed development is a 16,000 s.f. facility located in Union Township on CR-550 on an existing 13.28 acre parcel (APN 370916321000). The project includes multiple storm water management basins, asphalt drive, parking lots, and a single access onto CR-550. This project is subject to the Ross County Development Plan and Review Policy, Ross County Stormwater Management and Sediment Control Regulations, and Ross County Access Management Regulations.
Sherman Heights Subdivision Block C is a 48 Lot addition. The project extends Custer, Unioto, and Gettysburg Drive; establishes one new cul-de-sac named Pickett Court, and a segment of Lee Drive. The plat shows temporary turn-around easements at the end of Custer and Unioto. In addition, the project dedicates right of way along Egypt Pike to accommodate the future cul-de-sac for Unioto Drive and for a new emergency access. Emergency access will be used as temporary construction entrance only and shall be closed to all travel other than emergency vehicles after construction completion.
