The Ross County Planning Commission (RCPC) is responsible for the physical development of unincorporated areas of Ross County. It develops studies and plans, and makes recommendations and reports on topics that affect the development and welfare of the county. The RCPC is responsible for the administration of various development policies including Subdivision Regulations and is the Appellate Board for Access Management regulations.
